Rare, large and beautiful antique Art Nouveau oil lamp with blackened iron frame in floral decor. This large and impressive oil lamp dates from the earliest years of the 1900s. It is all handmade of a variety of quality materials and expensive techniques which is one of the reasons why this rare antique is such a striking piece. This all-original and complete chandelier is in very good condition and certainly ready for you to use and enjoy. As you can see in our close up photos, both the counterweight and the iron chains that make this lamp height adjustable, come with marvelous Art Nouveau leaf and flower motifs. The blackened metal arms contrast beautifully with the gold painted flowers and especially with the Loetz Art glass shade. The colorful and floral design Majolica vessel that holds the actual oil holder is yet another hand-crafted element that makes this antique work of lighting art extra special. All these striking elements together paint the picture of this rare, sizable and manually height adjustable ceiling lamp. They certainly don't make 'em like this anymore and therefor too this rare antique oil pendant is great value for money.
