About the Item

A distinctive Finnish pendant light manufactured by HYVAL, model KP 153, dating from the 1960s. The lamp combines a warm copper center with layered white acrylic diffusers, creating soft, glare-free illumination. Around the perimeter is a textured copper band decorated with frosted circular accents, giving the fixture a refined decorative character while remaining true to Scandinavian Modern design. The original manufacturer stamp, HYVAL KP 153, remains present on the copper housing. An elegant lighting fixture suitable for dining rooms, kitchens, entryways, or interiors inspired by Scandinavian and Mid-Century Modern design. The stated height refers to the fixture only and excludes the suspension cord. The overall drop is adjustable by shortening the suspension cord.
