About the Item
Elegant Italian hall lantern crafted in solid brass with faceted glass panels, dating to the 1930s. The lantern features a finely proportioned octagonal body composed of individually framed glass segments, subtly tapered toward the base and finished with a brass finial.
The upper structure displays a classical ceiling canopy and turned brass stem, connected by a decorative link detail that enhances its refined architectural presence. The clear glass panels allow the internal light source to illuminate beautifully, highlighting the geometric precision of the brass framework.
The design balances neoclassical restraint with early 20th-century modern clarity, making it equally suitable for traditional and contemporary interiors.
