About the Item

Pendant lamp exemplifies MOD architectural design principles through geometric layered construction in the style of Beiffeplast. Four angled sheet metal panels extend from a central cubic element, creating a distinctive pyramidal form that became iconic in European modernist lighting during the 1960s and 1970s. Brown enameled finish demonstrates period manufacturing techniques common to Dutch and Belgian design houses. Lamp accommodates standard medium base bulbs up to 75 watts, utilizing direct downward illumination through the open bottom aperture.
