About the Item

An elegant brass pendant light by Vereinigte Werkstätte, Germany, dating from the 1960s. The lamp features a refined Scandinavian-inspired silhouette with a spun brass shade, decorative perforated rim, and its original counterweight, designed for a height-adjustable suspension. Crafted entirely in brass, the pendant showcases the clean lines and understated elegance characteristic of high-quality German lighting from the period. The warm brass finish and balanced proportions make it a timeless addition to both mid-century and contemporary interiors. The lamp has been professionally rewired and is fully functional. The original height-adjustment mechanism is no longer operational, and the fixture remains at a fixed height. The brass shade displays a few minor surface marks consistent with age and careful use, while the overall presentation remains excellent. Condition: Good vintage condition.
