About the Item

The Giant Linen Wisteria Pendant is designed by Michele Varian and made to order in NYC. Each shade is hand-crafted from premier quality Belgian linen with brass detailing. The illustrated drum shade takes inspiration from Japanese tapestries, which often feature mysterious rolling landscapes, florals, clouds, and trees. The layering of gauzy and opaque textures in the illustration give the landscape its dimension, while the continuous, undulating mountain silhouettes appear to move as the shade gently sways.
