About the Item

One of the purest examples I have ever owned..Early and rare version of the now iconic Machine Age Nessen swing arm floor lamp. This lamp retains its (always replaced) glass shade as well as its original parchment shade,,NOTE^ the original early bakelite ball on/off switch..The construction of this example dates the lamp from the 1930's the lamp is signed Nessen Studios on the base. Each arm is approximately 12 inches long, extended length of the arm approximately 22 inches, base diameter 11.25 inches.
