About the Item

This MAGNIFICENT Mid Century Tension Pole Lamp is one of the legendary "Saucer" design! The saucer design is iconic. Flying saucers were all the rage in the fifties and sixties. This design gave people their own 'flying saucer' lamp! This lamp features tri-color saucer shades in Orange, White and Yellow with fiberglass clip-on diffusers. A spectacular design that is pure eye candy. In very fine condition. Age appropriate wear to enamel, brass and fiberglass. Extremely rare new - much rarer now. Only a handful of the "saucer" tension pole lamps remain. This lamp is an investment and will only increase in value for the lucky collector who obtains one the finest and rarest tension pole lamps in the world!
