About the Item

A pair of Serge Roche style giltwood torchieres, characterized by a sculptural, theatrical presence and French neoclassical sensibility. The design features a columnar shaft enriched with finely carved upward scrolling foliage, rising to a circular platform at the top. The wide, circular base provides architectural balance.
