About the Item

Striking Scandinavian ceramic wall lamp produced by Axella, Denmark, in the 1970s. The design features three overlapping stoneware discs finished in a rich brown glaze with concentric circular ridges. The front disc is punctuated with small perforations that allow light to pass through, creating a warm and atmospheric glow while emphasizing the sculptural texture of the ceramic surface. The layered composition gives the lamp a strong architectural presence on the wall. The fixture can be installed either vertically or horizontally and contains two E14 sockets. A fine example of Danish ceramic lighting from the 1970s, combining craftsmanship with sculptural design. The center disc can be removed to facilitate installation. If you prefer it with a electric cord and plug, just ask to have it installed for free.
