Aaro wall lamp by Simon Schmitz Dimensions: D 16 x W 155 x H 64 cm Materials: Aluminum, steel All our lamps can be wired according to each country. If sold to the USA it will be wired for the USA for instance. Wall lamp in steel and aluminium. Simon Schmitz wanted to create an as fluid motion as possible, which immediately lead him to the sphere. The end result is an object that seems to be moved by the wind. It revolves effortless around it's centerpiece, like planets orbiting around each other. Simon Schmitz, born in Arnsberg, set up his studio in Hamburg after completing his studies at the School of Art . There he discovered the freedom, autonomy and responsibility to be a designer. This taught him everything he needed to know about form, materials, processes and most importantly: the context.
