About the Item

A beautifully pair of minimal, geometric and simply shaped flush mount wall lights / sconces by Glashütte Limburg, Germany, circa 1965. These midcentury vintage lights feature handmade, mouth blown bubble glass which bulges slightly out of it's black "Iron" coated frame giving the lights a minimalist, simple and pleasing contemporary Art Deco lantern style form. These lights are some of the hardest to find by Limburg, especially these double socket wall lights. Newly re-wired, each light takes two E14 screw fit bulb (max.100W.) Price as a pair.

Rewired: Rewired for 220 volts (EU). May also be compatible with 110 volts (US). Wear consistent with age and use. As with all mouth blown glass no two pieces are exactly the same. very minor chipping to the bottom edge of the glass - not visible when the lights are fitted.
