About the Item

This exceptional pair of two-arm wall sconces combines dramatic Mediterranean flair with the refined elegance of mid-century design. Crafted in Spain during the 1950s and attributed to the esteemed workshop Ferro Art (Ferroarte), these lights showcase the beautiful intersection of rugged blacksmithing techniques and sophisticated, high-end European decorative arts. Formed from heavy, hand-hammered wrought iron displaying meticulous textural details along each leaf and scroll. Elegant, sweeping candle arms curve upward into scalloped bobeches, balancing the bold metallic structure. The original gilding is wonderfully preserved, displaying a rich, warm patina and light age-appropriate wear. Ideal for flanking a grand entryway mirror, framing fine art, or adding a sophisticated glow to a formal dining room. Height 43 cm, Width 20 cm, Depth 12 cm Each Light takes two e14 small screw in bulbs.
