About the Item

An elegant pair of French 19th century Neo-Classical st. four arm ormolu sconces. Each sconce is centered by a fine bottom palmette designed finial below most decorative scrolled foliate and Rinceau foliate designs. The tapered central fut is in the shape of a quiver and displays a striking spiraled top design. Each of the four elegantly curved arms displays a large acanthus leaf leading to reeded floral bobeches and fine circular candle cups. All original gilt throughout. Complimentary two arm pair of sconces item #10902, sold separately.
