About the Item

The Arco di Luce Table Lamp is a luminous tribute to one of Tuscany's most enduring architectural landmarks. The design faithfully reinterprets the iconic Porta all'Arco of Volterra, transforming an ancient Etruscan gateway into a contemporary work of collectible lighting that bridges history, architecture, and craftsmanship. Meticulously hand-carved from a single block of precious white alabaster by master artisans in Volterra, the lamp is composed of two perfectly matched sections originating from the same stone. Expertly joined to create an almost invisible seam, they form a graceful architectural arch that appears sculpted from a single continuous volume. Hidden within, an integrated LED softly illuminates the translucent alabaster, revealing its delicate veining and crystalline depth while filling the surrounding space with a warm, ethereal glow. Balancing geometric precision with material softness, Arco di Luce is an exercise in refined minimalism. Its sculptural silhouette evokes the permanence of classical architecture, while the illuminated alabaster introduces a quiet sense of warmth and serenity. As daylight shifts into evening, the lamp transforms from an elegant stone sculpture into a radiant architectural presence.
