Chrome 1013 Table Lamp by Disderot Limited Edition. Designed by Pierre Disderot. Dimensions: Ø 34,1 x H 39,77 cm. Materials: Chrome and yellow metal. Delivered with authentication certificate. Made in France. Available in brushed brass, golden brass, Rifle barrel, or Chrome rods. Available in different colored metal options: black, white, red or yellow. Custom options are available on request. Please contact us. All our lamps can be wired according to each country. If sold to the USA it will be wired for the USA for instance. This lighting fixture was originally conceived as a desk lamp, with its ideal height and even lighting to avoid eye fatigue. But its elegant design and size made it an iconic object to place anywhere: in the bedroom, on furniture in the living room, or at the end of the sofa. Its bronze finish in a new range of colors from Disderot creates a modern and stylish look. After studying engineering, Pierre Disderot opened his first studio in 1948. His collaboration with the young avant-garde designers, Pierre Guariche, JosephAndré Motte, Alain Richard, and Michel Mortier, led him to create what is today considered to be the best lighting of the nineteen fifties. His aesthetic abilities and knowledge allowed him to design an important part of the Disderot catalog, revealing, beyond the publisher, an artist of the first-order.
