Handmade ceramic table lamp – sculptural design inspired by Don Quixote windmills The Criptana lamp is a sculptural ceramic table lamp inspired by the iconic windmills of Campo de Criptana, forever linked to Don Quixote. Its silhouette unfolds in graceful curves, punctuated by subtle ridges that echo the quiet strength of ancient mechanisms. More than a lamp, it is a presence. Its commanding form draws the eye, while the luminous glaze reveals shifting reflections that evolve with the light throughout the day. Each piece is entirely handcrafted, shaped and finished by skilled artisans. The reactive glaze, fired at 1260°C, creates unique variations in tone and depth — no two lamps are ever identical. Each Criptana carries its own character, with subtle differences in glaze and finish that make every piece distinct. Entirely crafted in Portugal, the lamp reflects a mastery of ceramic craft expressed through form, texture, and finish. *Dimensions: Ø 40 × H 56 cm *Materials: Glazed ceramic base and Finno lampshade (textured linen and cotton) *Electrical specifications: 220–240 V, Type C (EU) plug. A UK plug can be provided upon request with an additional lead time. Max power : 60 watt The lamp is sold with a double/satellite lampshade but it can be sold with a simple lampshade on request. The Criptana lamp captures the gaze and defines the space. The prices do not include custom duties and transport cost.
