French Art Deco Wrought-Iron Lantern Table Lamp, France, c. 1920s A striking example of early French decorative ironwork, this authentic Art Deco lantern table lamp was crafted in France during the 1920s. Combining architectural geometry with hand-forged craftsmanship, the piece features a hammered wrought-iron frame surrounding frosted glass panels that diffuse light beautifully, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. Its distinctive silhouette, inspired by traditional lantern forms and reinterpreted through the emerging Art Deco aesthetic, reflects the transition from Arts & Crafts influences toward the geometric modernism that defined French design of the interwar period.
