Studio Noon is a Philadelphia-based design atelier founded by designer and architect Nargiz Kazieva in collaboration with artist Thomas Pontone. Working across furniture and decorative objects, the studio is guided by a philosophy of “emotive minimalism,” where clarity of form is paired with warmth and sensitivity. Studio Noon’s work emphasizes purity of line, soft geometry, and carefully considered proportions, most often expressed through materials such as wood, glass, and textiles. Each piece is designed to feel calm and balanced, revealing its character through subtle detail rather than excess. A strong focus on tactility defines the studio’s approach. Smooth finishes, ergonomic forms, and material softness invite physical interaction, creating objects that feel intimate and human while remaining visually restrained. This balance allows Studio Noon’s designs to integrate seamlessly into a wide range of environments, maintaining a quiet sense of refinement and emotional presence.
