About the Item

Shaped as a Satellite or Lunar Landing vehicle this unusual table light made from solid teak, brass and handblown bubble glass demands attention. Made/designed anonymously in Scandinavia during the 1960s. Stylistically it corresponds with similar designs by Carl Auböck, Gino Sarfatti and Severin Hansen Jr. in particular. It is fitted with an E27 srew-in lightbulb. Measurements: H: 36 cm, D: 15 cm (shade).
