A striking sculptural table lamp, created in the 1960s, composed of an imposing block of solid aquamarine-colored cast glass, characterized by natural internal fractures, inclusions, and irregular surfaces that create a deep and vibrant lighting effect. The glass, shaped through casting and controlled cooling, has a distinctly material and brutalist aesthetic, evoking the style of experimental industrial glass typical of certain European productions of the 1960s. The cylindrical base, made of burnished and perforated metal, houses the internal light source, diffusing the light in an architectural way and enhancing the mass and transparency of the glass above.
