About the Item

Beautiful ceramic table lamp by Noomi Backhausen for Soholm, Denmark 1960s. Combined with a custom lampshade made by Rene Houben. The green and brown ceramics with the custom-made shade complement each other very well, with the shade and base perfectly matching, and illuminates beautifully. We have similar floor table lamps available, please notice last pictures. Søholm Pottery was a renowned Danish ceramics manufacturer founded in 1835 on the island of Bornholm, Denmark. It became famous for its high-quality stoneware, particularly during the mid-20th century. Søholm is best known for its beautiful glazes, earthy tones, and modernist designs, often featuring deep blues and browns.
