“Yukka” Vanity Mirror by Anna Anselmi for Bieffeplast, Italy, 1980 A striking example of Italian postmodern design, this illuminated “Yukka” vanity mirror was created by Anna Anselmi for Bieffeplast in 1980. Featuring a bold sculptural form, the mirror sits on a textured black base with four angled chrome light supports, each crowned with a frosted globe bulb. The centerpiece is a two-sided rotating mirror: one side with a standard reflective surface, the other with a round magnifying mirror for detail work. This ingenious dual function makes it not only a practical piece but also an iconic statement object of 1980s design. Dimensions: H. 48 cm x W. 58 cm x D. 16 cm (18.9” x 22.8” x 6.3”) The mirror is in great condition, preserving its original finish and elegance.
