Pivot medium mirror by Borgi Bastormagi Dimensions: 25 x 60 x 100 cm Material: steel, mirror, walnut wood Pivot -M- is a variation of the full height mirror, designed to revisit the conventional console. Wall mounted, Pivot -M- is ideal for small entrances and forgotten transitory functions, creating the impression of a larger space through reflection as well as its floating aspect. Year: 2020 Available in black, royal blue and dark green Variation: Pivot-L-, Pivot-S- color of the mirror may be customized with the color of the steel Borgi Bastormagi was founded in 2017 when Nada and Etienne were invited to participate in Milan’s Fuori Salone with their [me]rror project, an installation designed to reflect fragmented body parts. Their first collection is [Folli land], an extension of their [folli] piece, a furniture piece for nature. Both Nada and Etienne live and work in Beirut, drawing inspiration from their surroundings and daily lives. Fusing tradition with modernity, their designs are influenced by everyone’s attempt to find moments of balance and harmony amidst the chaos of the city.
