About the Item

This masculine grain painted mirror frame is composed of two separate frames. The inner frame is grained rosewood in deep long strokes creating a pattern around the mirror and the second outer large and the deeper frame is ebonized and shows some wear and rub throughout creating character and charm. The simple but architectural frame enhances the beveled mirror plate which shows an overall spotting and crazing associated with early mirrors (Please see images 2,3,4 for spotting). The mirror has a new back and hanging device and is ready to hang.
