Impressive and authentic 19th-century book press, crafted in a combination of cast iron and bronze, originally used for pressing and binding books. This functional object from the world of traditional printing and bookmaking has today become a highly decorative piece with strong industrial and historical character. The robust construction, visible screw mechanism, and warm aged patina give the piece a striking sculptural presence, making it ideal as a statement object in libraries, studies, or eclectic interiors.
