Jacques Adnet was a French art deco modernist designer, architect and interior designer. He is particularly known for his furniture designs in leather.
in 1928 Jacques Adnet took over the management of the Compagnie des arts français founded in 1919 by Louis Süe and André Mare. Jacques Adnet headed the Compagnie des arts français, whose motto was “Evolution in the tradition” until it closed in 1959.
