Material: Premium New Zealand wool Production: Each rug is made to order. Production time is approximately 4–5 weeks. For larger orders or multiple pieces, lead times may be adjusted accordingly. Product Variations Size variation: Due to the handcrafted nature of the rug, a size variation of ±3% may occur as a result of traditional hand weaving techniques. Colour variation: Natural differences in colour, shade, and texture may occur between yarn batches and dye lots, making each rug unique. Care & maintenance: Professional cleaning is recommended. Never clean with chemicals! Use a vacuum cleaner without a brush. Vacuum frequently when the carpet is new as it will shed fluff for a period. Always vacuum in the direction of the pile. Rotate the rug twice a year to avoid uneven wear. Place felt under the feet of heavy furniture to prevent damage. Be aware that colors may fade if exposed to strong sunlight for extended periods.
