Hand knotted in wool, a custom rug design from Rug & Kilim’s Homage Collection showcasing a unique play of abstract and European sensibilities. Manifested in a very painterly manner in this 9x12 example, the design resembles contemporary art in splendid colours of red, orange, pink, and blue against beige and yellow, all complemented with an element of distress— achieved by the comfortable, textural wash proprietary to this line. A magnificent piece yet easy to maintain, well suited as a livable modern option for living rooms, bedrooms, drawing rooms, and more.
