This hand-knotted silk 8×10 rug is a new addition to Rug & Kilim’s Modern Classics Collection, and enjoys a design inspired by antique tribal rugs with geometric versions of paisley floral patterns. On the Design: Bright tones of ivory, off-white and beige-brown in the field and border underscore particularly large-scale floral patterns in light colors—with a particular presence of salmon red, charcoal, and light gold tones in the palmettes, cypress trees, and paisley motifs at play.
