The abrashed field features an all-over geometric design composed of concentric diamonds decorated with Burdocks, chevron lines, cubes, squares, ladder, comb motifs, and ambiguous tribal symbols, adding visual interest and depth. It is enclosed with a repeating eight-point star border. Historical richness and full of Ancient Berber symbolism, this vintage Beni M'Guild rug features traditional symbols of protection and femininity in the central area while the borders along the vertical sides traditionally represent the male's presence.
