Handwoven in wool with a blend of undyed natural yarns, this modern flat-weave joins the latest additions to the Scandinavian Collection by Rug & Kilim, a celebration of Swedish modernism with new large scale geometry and exciting vintage colorways like that of their midcentury inspirations. Designers and connoisseurs will note the subtle colorway variations within the geometry, bringing the Mid-Century Modern pattern to life with a distinctive abrashed look created by our aforementioned interweaving of undyed natural yarns. This innovative homage to a traditional Scandinavian weaving technique complements this transitional rug in particular with the movement between its striped patterns in these hues of gray-taupe, beige, and skillfully muted blue notes completing the look of a vintage Scandinavian flat-weave.
