Hand-knotted in wool, a 3x11 runner from Rug & Kilim’s latest curation of rare, texturally superb tribal pieces. Originating from Turkey circa 1950-1960, this particular rug exemplifies the lively aspect of tribal aesthetics through playful tones of orange, pink, red, and gray— uniquely filling traditional motifs carrying rich cultural symbolism of Anatolian interpretation. Connoisseurs & collectors may note solid flatwoven striations on the border exemplifying the tactility of this unique nomadic style.
