Handknotted in Pakistan by skilled artisans, this rug is crafted from hand-spun Afghan wool, reflecting a strong tradition of craftsmanship and material authenticity. The medium pile is intentionally cut to an uneven height (approx. 12–16 mm), creating a richly textured surface that enhances its tactile quality and preserves a subtle, nomadic character. Woven using the Persian knot at approximately 36 knots per square inch (circa 55.800 knots per square metre), it presents a more open structure with a defined yet relaxed surface. Kiviya WH features a restrained geometric composition defined by softly irregular lines and a rhythmic, architectural arrangement of forms. Subtle kilim-inspired patterning enhances the surface, while natural variations in the wool create depth and a quiet, structured rhythm. Warm and versatile, this hand-knotted wool rug integrates seamlessly into a wide range of interiors—from minimal, architectural spaces to more relaxed, layered environments—adding texture, softness, and a grounded, natural presence. Colour: natural white with brown. Size: 250 × 350 cm (8'2'' x 11'6'') This rug is available from current stock and ready for dispatch upon order confirmation, with delivery typically within 2–4 weeks depending on destination. Each piece is entirely handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques. Subtle variations in tone, texture, weave, and dimensions are inherent to artisanal production, adding value and contributing to the individuality of each rug.
