Italian mid-century modern wood and straw armchairs, 1940s. Pair of armchairs with rectangular woven straw seats and backrests framed in wood, featuring brass detailing. The armrests are square-profile wood, while the X-shaped wooden legs are connected by a round-section brass stretcher. Good condition. The wood has been restored, and the woven straw has been newly replaced. Minor wear to the wood and signs of age on the brass. Measurements in cm 58×67×82h, 40h seat and 59h armrest These armchairs are versatile and comfortable pieces that can be placed in a variety of settings, including a living room, a reception area, or an executive office.
