About the Item

Pair of Swedish Scandinavian Modern lounge chairs - newly restored and reupholstered. Clean lines, warm wood, and tapered legs embody the image of Scandinavian modern style. Scandinavian interiors often have very low ceilings to contain heat, seating tends to be diminutive in footprint but is deceptively comfortable as a result of the seat depth and pitch. The benefit of this cold weather however is that Swedish wood holds it shape and condition due to the extremely low temperatures. Wood rarely splits or spoils making these long lasting pieces. Restored by our team of craftsmen while maintaining the vintage integrity of the piece. They have been re-sprung, re-padded and reupholstered in muslin awaiting your COM fabric. Cost of reupholstery included in the list price. Estimated reupholstery completion date determined at time of purchase. Six (6) yds of customer's own material, COM, needed.
