About the Item

The Oase lounge chair was designed by Wim Rietveld for Ahrend de Cirkel in 1958, and gained the Signe d'Or price in 1959. A beautiful piece of Dutch design! These chairs are newly upholstered in a beautiful yellow Kvadrat fabric (Tonus 4, color 440) and have new foam. We have 2 of these chairs available. Both slightly different from each other. 1 does have some damages to the black metal frame. Some damage to the armrests at both chairs. Usually there chairs have a leather look lacquer to the black metal back, 1 f the two chairs has a smooth black metal back.
