About the Item

Vintage Danish mid century modern studio made teak and oak bench or low coffee table. Features a novel, frameless design whereby the legs interlock with crosswise beams mounted to the underside of the surface. About as minimalist as a bench can get. This piece has been refinished in a durable satin lacquer. The black leather cushion is newly fashioned. The surface has some imperfections that persisted after the refinish. The section of the leather hide used for the cushion has natural imperfections. Note: the height measurement below does not account for the 2” cushion.
