About the Item

This distinctive diminutive open-arm accent chair or bench features a bold, tortoiseshell faux-painted finish over its entire wooden frame, creating a richly textured pattern of deep amber, brown, and black tones. The eye-catching backrest is constructed from openwork geometric slats that cross in an asymmetrical, diagonal lattice design, a motif mirrored in simpler form on the open side arms. A finely woven, charcoal / black textile covers the padded seat, featuring a stylized fleur-de-lis stars. The entire piece is supported by sturdy, straight square legs connected near the base by a low-profile H-stretcher, combining geometric structure with a dramatic, exotic surface pattern.
