This is a beautifully crafted 19th-century Black Forest-style armchair, richly carved with grapevine and leaf motifs. Attributed to the prestigious Dutch furniture maker Horrix, active in The Hague around 1870. The chair is in excellent condition, with high-quality upholstery and a comfortable seat — ready to be used and admired.
