Custom Limited Edition Bouclé Carbon Steel Upholstery BOOM Chair By ASUL-STUDIO Dimensions: 50 x 50 x 70 cm Materials: Carbon Steel, Powder Coating, Upholstery. Available in different colors. For specific requests or bespoke orders, please contact us. Living under the gaze of the volcano is understanding that silence always hides a pulse. Boom is that contained tension: the carbon steel structure rises on a conical base that concentrates all energy upward, like an eruption stopped in time. The upholstery softens what the metal declares with conviction. ASUL-STUDIO creates declarations through matter. Each piece is born from a story that becomes an object. A story that transforms wood, stone, metal and other materials into something that goes beyond form. Objects with origin, with intention, and with something to say. The process begins with observation. Architecture, the street, the tension between the industrial and the organic, the way materials age. Living in a country so rich in contrast feeds every decision. All of Mexico, with its diversity of textures, landscapes and forms, is present in every piece implicitly, latently. From there, the idea and the context in which both meet are analyzed. Materials are chosen for their honesty and their capacity to sustain what the piece needs to declare. That experimentation transforms a raw material into something that had never existed before. Each object is produced under absolute rigor, in collaboration with workshops and artisans who share our same demand for excellence. The hands that build are part of the piece, and it shows in the result. We work in numbered and signed limited editions, as well as special commissions made to order. All conceived with the same unwavering character. Our pieces inhabit a space and transform it. They provoke it, elevate it, turn it into an experience. Each object is an invitation to dialogue with the void and its surroundings. We do all this from Mexico, a country where matter has layers, history accumulates on surfaces, and forms never stop surprising. These are objects that declare.
