His incredible Dune Villa, Amsterdam Beach, check last picture of this listing or find more details on his family name plus eu, is for sale soon too. :-) This wooden folding chair has a design with beautiful details and therefore it is interesting from any angle; the connections of the legs, the curved seat (pictures #8, #10, #16) and round details. The chair shows some traces of usage like some scratches and a darker 'line' on the seat (#14-#16) and some really tiny chips/damage. There is another Eiermann folding chair available and listed, but this piece is missing some lacquer (#19) and differ in dimensions 77 H x 44 cm SH x 49 m W x 56 cm D The width of the seat is 41.5 cm and the total width of the chair is 51 cm The dimensions when folded; 89 cm H x 12 cm D x 51 cm W Free shipping for Amsterdam, Haarlem and IJmuiden.

This is the one and only chair, original in red, introduced on the exhibition in Brussels, 1958. We bought this chair from the family Cordemeyer. This is one of the first chairs ever produced !! The shell is in fiberglass. Damage, but repaired (see picture #5). Furthermore traces of wear and some loss of paint/coating on the frame. A red polyester lounge chair model No. 416 designed by Wim Rietveld (son of Gerrit Thomas Rietveld) and André Cordemeyer for Gispen, Culemborg, 1957.
