About the Item

Striking authentic Mid-Century Modern dining chair designed by renowned Slovenian designer Branko Uršič and produced by STOL Kamnik in former Yugoslavia during the 1970s. Characterized by their clean Scandinavian-inspired lines, white lacquered wooden frames, and natural cane seats, these chairs embody the timeless elegance and functional simplicity associated with Yugoslavian modernist design. Branko Uršič was a leading designer at STOL Kamnik, where he headed the design department for several decades and created some of the factory's most recognizable furniture models. The chairs feature gently curved backrests, turned cylindrical legs, and beautifully aged cane seats that add warmth and texture to the minimalist silhouette. Their versatile aesthetic works equally well in Scandinavian, Mid-Century Modern, Wabi-Sabi, Coastal, or Contemporary interiors. Price is for one chair.
