About the Item

Pair of Danish highback lounge chairs designed by Erik Kolling Andersen and manufactured by Peder Pedersen, Denmark, circa 1960s. Both chairs retain the original Peder Pedersen maker’s label, confirming authenticity and Danish manufacture. Original wooden frames with professionally renewed black leather upholstery. Classic Scandinavian highback form with solid wood legs and generous proportions. Chair 1 Shows minor surface wear, including light linear surface marks on the armrest. One mark is within the leather surface, while others are superficial. All marks are cosmetic only and do not compromise the structure or strength of the leather . No tears, cracking, or structural issues. Chair 2 Shows more pronounced surface wear, including visible scratch marks on the armrest and upper backrest area. The leather remains intact, with no tears or structural damage. One wooden leg is slightly loose; there is no break or crack, and it can be easily stabilised with re-glueing. All wear is clearly visible in the photographs provided. Please note that vintage items may show signs of age and use.
