About the Item

A rare 20th century vintage swivel lounge chair manufactured by Lurashell and designed by Micheal Inchbald in England, circa 1960s. It is designed with a swivel tulip base and a beautiful egg shaped fiberglass shell. In fully restored condition: new foam padding, dark blue fabric upholstery by high end French fabric markers Lelievre Paris (ref. LANA M1 LAPIS) and the shell has been re-lacquered. Incredibly comfortable. Labelled at the base. ---- All our pieces are fully restored at our atelier and we only offer items that will last another lifetime. With a strong focus on Italian mid-century designs, his success strives from sourcing designs with striking shapes, creative techniques and interesting materials that cross the concept of time in the same way a Spirit does.  Our 350 square meter workspace includes a luminous gallery, a restoration atelier where our expert artisans in metalwork, woodwork, upholstery, and electrics; restore each piece with the mission to honor a balance between restoration and preservation. There may be light age-related wear but no hard damages or structural issues.  Since the launch of our gallery in late 2017, we have exported over 280 items to buyers in 21 countries located in all four corners of the world from Europe and North America to Asia and Australia. In the United-States alone, we have ensured the delivery of over 150 pieces of all sizes (from massive dining tables to small decorative objects) in 23 states. We take the utmost attention to our packaging by building robust made to measure boxes in our atelier with the aim of providing safe and cost-effective delivery prices for every client. Most deliveries arrive smoothly in less than 8 days. We are located both in Paris and Rabat. FYI the Morocco Free Trade Agreement (MAFTA) went into effect on January 1, 2006.
