About the Item

Vintage Midcentury Modern Scandinavian Design 'Rock Siësta' Lounge Chair set by A. Relling and T. Bekken for Arnestad Bruk. Made in Norway, 1957. Low and high back model. The high back model can be tilted as a relaxing fauteuil. The low model has a fixed back. Dark chocolate brown original fabric on teak frame. These come in good condition. The original fabric has no rips or tears, but do has some markings from something being placed on top for a long time. And the original filling inside the chairs has partially disintegrated, which can be heard and felt. So, would be good to reupholster. The high back measures 98cm x 68cm x 74cm, the low back measures 81cm x 68cm x 74cm. Seat height measures 36cm on both chairs. Sold as a set of 2 lounge chairs.
