About the Item

A charming late Victorian mahogany armchair featuring a high, button-tufted back and gracefully scrolled arms. The fabric is in a tasteful yellow-and-red striped fabric, the chair is further elevated by a rope trim in coordinating orange-red tones that accentuate its elegant profile. The upholstery perfectly complements the chair’s classic form and rich wood frame. Made in England in the early 1900s. While the original brass castor wheels on each leg are intact, they show light surface rust—adding subtle charm while remaining functional. This armchair offers the perfect balance of stately refinement and warmth, ready to enhance traditional, eclectic, or vintage-inspired interiors with both comfort and period authenticity. This classic chair will fit into many interior styles. A Modern, Antique, Scandinavian, Classic or an Art Deco home decor.
