About the Item

Introducing a rare Modern 'K2' swivel chair replete with character-rich patina. The K2 chair, designed by Kirsten Jones & Adam Bottomley for KOI in the 2000s, is a modern, swivel-based dining or office chair inspired by the Arne Jacobsen Series 7 (c. 1955). Handmade in Italy, these chairs feature hand-stitched, vegetable-tanned saddle leather shells and nickel-plated bent steel rod bases. They offer 360-degree rotation and the sculpted backrests provides comfort and support making them ideal for office spaces. Hand-stitched in Italy and assembled in the United Kingdom, this aesthetically rugged K2 chair is ideal for designers searching for the perfect desk or office chair that balances the needs of comfort, functionality and style effortlessly. Able to blend seamlessly against a myriad of design backdrops from Mid-Century Modern to Contemporary to Industrial and everything in between this K2 swivel chair is sure to make a BOLD impression in any space it inhabits. Make it yours today. ---Dimensions--- Width: 18 in / 45.72 cm Depth: 18 in / 45.72 cm Height: 33.5 in / 85.09 cm Seat Height: 17 in / 43.18 cm This gorgeous "K2" office chair is in 100% original, vintage condition and shows the perfect amount of character-rich patina. The patinaed split grain Italian leather hide upholstery shows signs of wear and use such as scratches and areas of discoloration both of which can be seen clearly in the detail photos and natural light video provided. The chair swivels 360 degrees with ease and the nickel-coated steel base shows only minor tarnishing and nicks which can be seen in the detail photos provided. This extraordinary K2 swivel chair is incredibly comfortable, structurally solid and ready for a lifetime more of use thanks to its heavy-duty construction. Please view all photos and natural light video provided for details on this chair's current condition. We're limited on the amount of media we can post so additional photos and videos are available upon request.
