This is an early SIGNED Charles Limbert Settee from the early 1900s. Marked with a partial Charles Limbert paper label. Very nice design with EXCELLENT original finish. This is one of the nicest designs Limbert made! This has been made in the early period of C LIMBERT with the original Limbert seat which is very important. This settee is with very long corbel on the front left and right sides. The leather upholstery made may be mad ten yrs ago and its in great shape. In the past we used to sell this LIMBERT model for much higher price. EXTRA OFF We see lots of incorrect information on line and in this site too. Exceptional, rare signed Mission, Arts and Crafts, Gustav Stickley settee, bench in original condition. The bench features a slatted back, and drop in, inner spring cushion ( needs reupholstery ). The wood frame is in original finish, and is fully and correctly marked with an early red clamp mark, please see images.
