This romantic pair of Neoclassical style elm wood Curule stools are from Denmark. Noted style elements include out-scrolling arms and decorative curved X-form base. Note the elegant addition of inlay along the upper arms. The aged, striped damask upholstery is stained and ready to be replaced and upholstered to suit buyer's own personal style. This pair is solid, stable and ready to be used and enjoyed. All scratches, cracks, dings, and age related separation are commensurate with age and do not detract from the beauty nor function of this lovely pair.
